Summerhill Borough residents will now have Pro Disposal as their weekly garbage collection service.  Please contact 814-736-3631 for questions, billing, or to request changes to the size or quantity of garbage carts.  Collections will be Thursdays starting April 3rd.

Independence Day- Thursday July 3rd
Labor Day- Collected Friday September 5th
Thanksgiving- Collected Friday November 28th
Christmas- Collected Friday December 26th

First Little League Games Start April 22. We have 7 teams in Summerhill this year! 3 T-Ball, 2 Coach Pitch, 1 Minor, and 1 Major.  The 2024 Season Schedule is below.

We are excited to announce we will be doing a seasonal town newsletter! Our goal is to have a Spring/Summer and a Fall/Winter Issue.  Please be sure to send us your thoughts and let us know any other topics you'd like to include.  We would really like to have town input and maybe some historical items.

Bust out your lawn chairs and blankets.  GBU District #291 is sponsoring a Movie in the Park at the Fire Hall on Saturday July 23rd.  Drinks and Snacks graciously provided by the GBU.  "Animal Crackers" will be our movie.  Hoping to host another movie in August- TBD.

Goodwill will be collecting items after the community yard sales at the Borough Building on Saturday July 16th from 3:30-6:30pm.

They will be making a donation per pound to the Summerhill Boro. Vol. Fire Department!
